Tips for Successful MCI Vehicle Ordering

• Remember to indicate GSA Contract Number GS-30F-L0022 on the GSA Form 1781.
• Document your records when you select your MCI vehicle on the basis of other than low price.
• All required Fedstrip data must be completed in blocks 25-53 of the GSA Form 1781.
• Block 7 of GSA Form 1781, Vehicle Delivery Address, is the designated address where your vehicle will be shipped.
• Block 8 of GSA Form 1781, Consignee Delivery Address, is the designated address where you wish to have the Certificate of Origin mailed. Please do not provide an individual's name in this designated field.
• If you have any special requirements, please annotate in the REMARKS section of the GSA Form 1781 (Item 5). Blocks 4, 7 and 10A-B of GSA Form 1781 are available for you to provide the name of a contact person and their commercial phone number. Also, please furnish an e-mail address, if available.
• Please remember to indicate a MCI vehicle model on your GSA Form 1781.
