SmarTire provides:
- Real-time tire pressure and internal tire temperature information from the convenience of the driver's seat
- 3 levels of alert (low pressure, critical low pressure and high temperature) to notify the driver of small leaks before they become big problems
How does SmarTire work?
Small wireless sensors mounted inside your tires continuously monitor pressure and temperature in order to provide you real-time tire information when you need it most — on the road. Wirelessly transmitted to a receiver, this pressure and temperature data is available to the driver at the push of a button using a dash-mounted display.
Three Levels of Alert:
Pre-programmed yet fully customizable, the SmarTire provides an initial warning when a tire is 15% under-inflated and a critical warning when a tire is 25% under-inflated. The system also has a high temperature alert that will warn you of an excessively hot tire in advance of a blow-out.
