MCI PRO Support has developed a package to replace existing B500 transmissions with the revolutionary ZF ASTronic transmission. The ASTronic provides automatic operation with the reliability of a manual gearbox.

Features include:

• Comfortable shift operation. No clutch pedal.
• Integrated subassemblies protected from moisture and dirt.
• Lightweight - 572 lbs. dry.
• Increased fuel economy compared to B500 transmissions.
• Greatly reduced maintenance costs.
• No paper filters to replace.
• Uses 3 gallons of oil, with a drain interval of 2 years or 185,000 miles.
• No external oil cooler required.

Installation can be done by our trained MCI PRO Support personnel at our Service Centers for a cost competitive with a B500 R&R.
