MCI will offer its Technical Tune-Up Seminars, suitable for beginning and more advanced technicians. An extensive hands-on segment of placing defects in the coaches allows technicians to become proficient in troubleshooting. Topics covered will include:

Additionally, the HVAC 608 / 609 exam is offered as an option to all attendees. Technicians registering for this exam will be mailed a study guide in order to prepare. Certifications will be awarded for successful completion of this exam.
MCI Regional Training Seminars are designed for experienced technicians with a knowledge of the general principles and operation of MCI motor coach systems and components. In addition to offering a unique opportunity to network with other technicians and MCI representatives, these programs offer a hands-on learning environment covering new technologies, current coach problems, troubleshooting, and making the appropriate repairs on all current-production MCI motor coach models.
In addition to sessions conducted by expert MCI trainers, classes may also be taught by representatives from some of the OEM vendor companies who will be on hand to provide more specialized training in their own products, such as: pneumatics, electrical systems, steering and suspension systems, wheels and tires, disc brakes, HVAC systems, audio and video systems, and engine pre-heaters.
