Nobody wants a coach or bus out of service due to an accident. But accidents do happen, and when they do, you need repairs performed with professional skill and speed, so you can get your vehicle back in service quickly.

Rest assured, whether you're looking at a minor repair or a total reconditioning, the Ohio Repair & Reconditioning Center has what it takes.

Our fully trained professionals have experience working on a wide variety of coaches, including older brands. We've got immediate access to parts and accessories, from headliners to taillamps. And we've got the equipment to restore your coach so it looks - and works - like it just came off the assembly line. From bumps and dings to frame straightening, we handle the toughest jobs - and make them look easy.

Whether your vehicle is damaged or is just showing its age, we can make it look as good as new.

Estimating and appraisal services.

MCI collision experts know where to look for difficult-to-detect damage and provide our customers with accurate estimates. Then, we work with our insurace companies, as needed.

Modifications

Our capabilities include MCI front- and rear-end caps and other exterior repair, plus lift installation.

Collision services

Our collision department is part of a 44,000-sq-ft facility dedicated to the repair of transportation equipment.

Parts warehouse

With a complete warehouse of parts available from our massive facility located near the UPS hub in Louisville, Kentucky, most of your parts needs can be delivered in 24 hours.

Manufacturing

In addition to stocking replacement parts, we manufacture body components and structural components that are installed as replacements for original equipment in buses and motor coaches. We also produce our Coach Guard® line of bonded brakes, a cost-effective way to extend your brake life and save time and labor on brake relines.

Pickup and delivery

MCI can arrange towing from anywhere in the United States and Canada. So you never have to deal with the uncertainty of an unknown towing service.

 

 

Mechanical repairs

In addition to body work, we offer complete mechanical repair services, including chassis, suspension, brakes, air-conditioning, steering and more.
